Job Description Healthcare Building Product Strategy Manager - Architectural Building Products - Base Salary to 158k/year - Lebanon, NJ • Our client, an established manufacturer within the architectural building products industry, is seeking a Healthcare Building Product Strategy Manager to lead product strategy and market development efforts focused on healthcare environments., • Lead product strategy for healthcare-focused architectural and interior building products, • Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with healthcare market needs, • Engage architects, interior designers, contractors, facility managers, and healthcare stakeholders to identify product gaps, trends, and opportunities, • Conduct Voice of the Customer (VoC) research and apply insights to product strategy and development, • Analyze market trends, including building codes, materials, life safety requirements, sustainability, and healthcare facility design considerations, • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation within the healthcare segment, • Partner with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to support product development and commercialization, • Build business cases and financial forecasts tied to healthcare product initiatives, • 5+ years of experience within the healthcare market, including hospital, behavioral health, continuous care, or medical facility environments, • Experience in product strategy, product management, product development, or product design for architectural building products, interior building systems, construction products, or other manufactured products used in the built environment, • Experience working within the healthcare construction, design, or architectural ecosystem, including interaction with architects, interior designers, contractors, or facility stakeholders, • Exposure to building product specification, selection, or application within healthcare environments, • Experience translating customer and market insights into product strategy, product opportunities, or business cases, • Ability to travel nationally up to 50%, • Advanced degree in Business, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field, • Experience with Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs, market research, or innovation initiatives, • Experience supporting healthcare design, planning, or interior architectural solutions, • Base salary in the 120k - 158k/year range, • Bonus plan, • 3 weeks paid time off, • 14 paid holidays, • 401k with company match, • Comprehensive medical benefit options #INDALL
