Job Description Title: Flooring Operations Manager Reports to: Vice President of Operations Summary The Flooring Operations Supervisor performs the necessary duties to ensure the successful order fulfillment and installation of the Flooring Division. This person is responsible for the overall management and administration of the division team including overall supervision, hiring, training, discipline and personnel development, sales and operations coordination, and order fulfillment management with overall emphasis on quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and team performance under budget. Skills needed for this position include supervising, organization, procedure writing, and training/development of personnel.
