Job Description Receptionist/ Customer Service– $35,000 - $37,000 per year – Fayetteville, Arkansas The Role Are you organized, confident and ready to be the first point of contact for clients every day? Key Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and a welcoming approach., • Assist customers with service calls, toner orders and account inquiries., • Support accounts receivable by using our FM Audit system for meter collection., • Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and overall efficiency., • Maintain a positive, professional image that reflects the AAA brand. (Preferred), • Experience managing busy phone lines and recording information accurately in computer systems. (Preferred), • Familiarity with e-automate, FM Audit systems, and e-views reporting is a plus., • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal., • Self-motivated with effective time management., • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel., • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable manner.
