Job Description Job Title: Senior Account Director, Educational Strategy Department: Educational Strategy Reports to: Sr. Director, Ed Strategy & Supporter Relations Effective Date: January 2026 Exempt Status: Exempt Location: Remote Job Summary: KnowFully Medical Education seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sr. Account Director of Educational Strategy to support our Educational Strategy team in developing high-quality, outcomes-focused educational programs. This role will help translate identified educational needs into appropriate educational formats, support instructional design planning, and assist with the development and refinement of grant proposals and program reporting. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends project coordination, proposal support, report formatting, and internal account management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines, working across teams, and producing polished, professional documents. Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Support Educational Strategy leadership in aligning educational needs with appropriate learning formats and instructional design approaches across a large variety of therapeutic areas., • Review and organize needs assessments and assist with drafting and refining grant proposals, • Integrate adult learning principles and instructional design methodology to grants, and activity agendas, • Assist with updating and improving the layout, design, formatting, and overall presentation of grant proposals, • Provide daily administrative and project support to the Educational Strategy Lead to ensure deliverables stay on track, • Help coordinate timelines and ensure reports are submitted on time, • Support the development of program reports by:, • Confirming and validating data, • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in formatting, • Improving readability and visual presentation, • Maintain organized documentation and version control for proposals and reports Required: • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, • Experience supporting proposals, reports, or client deliverables (education, healthcare, agency, or professional services preferred), • Strong written communication skills and ability to produce polished documents, • Familiarity with CME/CE, medical education, instructional design, or outcomes reporting, • Professional presentation skills, comfortable engaging with supporters and collaborators, • Experience formatting professional proposals (grant proposals strongly preferred), • Comfort working with data tables, charts, and basic reporting metrics, • Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-oriented, • Strong “account management” mindset—keeps work moving and stakeholders aligned, • Able to work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership direction, • Comfortable with document formatting and making content look clean, consistent, and professional, • Grant proposals are consistently well-formatted, accurate, and submitted on time, • Reports are clean, visually professional, and error-free, • Educational strategy leaders feel supported and able to focus on higher-level strategy, • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent work experience required., • 2+ years of experience in business development required., • 2+ years of experience in medical education or medical communications preferred. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Pay Transparency Statement: This position offers a starting rate of $95,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
