Key Responsibilities • Manage billing and time entry processes to ensure accuracy and timely submissions., • Draft and format correspondence for clients, courts, and external counsel., • Prepare and proofread multi-state and federal filings, including e-filing and related documentation., • Organize calendars and docket schedules, and assist with travel arrangements., • Support discovery efforts, including document production and organization., • Assist in drafting legal documents such as powers of attorney, deeds, and probate filings., • Coordinate meetings and deadlines with attorneys and clients., • Handle confidential administrative tasks while prioritizing workload effectively., • Collaborate and communicate with attorneys, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations.• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal environment, ideally within Commercial Real Estate or Trusts & Estates., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills., • Familiarity with e-filing systems and court filings., • Exceptional proofreading and organizational abilities., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment., • Strong attention to detail, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Willingness to occasionally work beyond standard hours to meet position responsibilities.

The Unit Secretary on the Child & Adolescent Unit (2N) reports to the Nurse Manager. Under general supervision, the Unit Secretary is accountable for performance of clerical work related to the nurses' station. The Unit Secretary accurately performs computer related tasks.

Pediatric Critical Care Unit Secretary. The Unit Secretary on the PICU Unit reports to the Nurse Manager. Under general supervision, the Unit Secretary is accountable for performance of clerical work related to the nurses' station.
