SHOP MANAGER

Duties include managing the take away shop, inventory management of non food items, oversee service offered; team management, maintaining co-ordinating with the kitchen team for customer service; deciding on themes and promotions; interacting with the customers and ensuring that an excellent service is offered; negotiating with suppliers; pricing dishes in the menu; tracking payment of bills and invoices; efficiently handling customer queries/complaints; managing staffing requirements; quality control; purchasing and inventory checking; being responsible for health, safety and hygiene standards; making sure that the shop complies with all the legal requirements; preparing reports for the management, etc.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure the quality of dishes and other menu offerings. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere and encouraging teamwork. Create weekly/bi-weekly staff schedules and ensure sufficient staffing levels. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including food hygiene and safety protocols. Track inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels, minimizing waste and ensuring product availability. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Generate reports on restaurant performance, covering sales, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities: Supervise shop activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations. Lead and support the team, providing guidance and motivation. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure proper product displays. Handle cash management, including till operations and end-of-day reporting. Assist in staff scheduling and training to optimise performance. Collaborate with management to implement sales
