This role is responsible for planning and executing the retail trade plan to drive the commercial performance of the brand and deliver an exceptional customer experienc e.Responsibiliti es A day in the life of an eCommerce Manager at N Bro wn • Accountable for a high performing retail website including the day-to-day management of the s ite• Plan, execute daily, weekly, monthly campaigns and product promoti ons• Lead a robust post activity review process used to inform future optimisat ion• Identify new opportunities for growth for channel and support and facilitate a test and learn approach, implementing successful outco mes• Work closely with DT to improve platform process and customer experie nce• Working closely with E –Commerce Optimisation SMEs to deliver a positive customer experience across the full customer jour ney• Ensure strong internal relationships across both the trading team and cross functionally including FS (Financial Services), Brand, Digital Marketing, CRM, and product to ensure commercial plans are delive red• Work towards exceeding budgeted KPIs on a daily, weekly, yearly ba sis• Reporting performance of channel to senior level on a daily / weekly basis with accurate and informative insights to drive decisions and acti ons• Deputise for Head of Tr ade• Drive the discipline of consistently tracking performance and leveraging insights to ensure growth targets are achieved in the t eam• Use customer insight, competitor analysis and business performance to support quarterly business plann ing• Advising on best practice and sharing knowledge with peers across our retail bra nds• Responsible for chairing cross functional meetings, setting agendas & ensuring actions are comple ted• Lead and coach a high performing team ensuring objectives are set, personal development plans are in place and conduct regular performance reviews and 12 1’s Requirem ents• A proactive and driven self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work to deadlines and reprioritise where neces sary• Must demonstrate commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, planning capability and attention to de tail• Takes accountability and is assertive and confident in making decision for the customer and the team• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and build strong stakeholder relations to facilitate cross functional wor king• Displays a desire for continuous personal self-improvement with a growth min dset• Is curious about the world of ecommerce, demonstrating knowledge of the customer, the market, technology and competi tion• A leader who sets high standards for the team and invests time in coaching and mento ring What’s in it for • you? 24 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays) with the option to buy an additional 10, • daysAnnual bonus s, • chemeEnhanced maternity and adoption, • leaveCompany pension with up to 8% N Brown contrib, • utionMental Health support both internally and externally, including access to our wellbeing champions and counselling ser, • vicesA range of financial wellbeing su, • pportColleague discount across all N Brown b, • randsOnsite café with subsidised rates and local restaurant disco, • unts!Life Assurance and Private Medical Insu, • rancePaid volunteer time – all our colleagues can take a full day paid to volunteer for a charity of their c hoice Ways of Wo • rking We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre.
