Job DescriptionJob Title: HR Specialist Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% Onsite) Contract Type: Contract Pay Range: $23-$25/hr Overview: We are seeking a detail?oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support day?to?day Human Resources operations in a fully onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings strong HR administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner closely with managers and employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) while ensuring data accuracy and compliance • Prepare, update, and process HR documents such as onboarding materials, employment changes, and policy updates • Support HR compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating matters appropriately • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, scheduling, and systems access • Assist with payroll support by gathering and verifying employee time, attendance, and other required information • Maintain HR metrics and reporting, including headcount, turnover, and attendance tracking • Liaise with internal teams and external partners such as recruiting agencies when needed • Assist with HR projects, audits, process improvements, and policy updates as assigned Required Qualifications: • 1-3+ years of HR experience (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist level) • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar) preferred • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Comfortable working 100% onsite in a fast?paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: • The California Fair Chance Act, • Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance, • Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, • San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
