JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Medical Officer is responsible, under the leadership of the Chief Medical Officer, for leading and managing our programs and providers at Metro Community Health Center, implementing and executing initiatives, fostering and maintaining positive relationships with employees as well as hospital, clinical and administrative staff, and review the financial performance of the program. This position will also facilitate the mission of Metro Community Health Center to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and coordination of direct patient care within the health center. Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager. Primary responsibilities include working with the maintenance team to ensure the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment units; prompt and courteous responses to service requests; keeps an adequate supply of market-ready apartments-units to meet leasing demands. Oversees general property appearance to meet or exceed standards.
