Job DescriptionSalary: Our Product Solutions team is looking for a new grad Product Engineer to drive internal product outcomes across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You'll be the connective tissue between our business leaders, internal teams, and development team, translating real operational problems into scoped, shipped solutions. This is not a traditional development role. You are a technically fluent problem solver who moves fast, thinks in systems, and delivers outcomes. Whether that means building a solution yourself using modern AI-powered tools or handing a precise, well-scoped plan to our development team to execute. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead discovery conversations with business leaders and internal teams to deeply understand operational pain points, workflows, and goals, • Translate business needs into clear, well-scoped project plans including requirements, architecture, timelines, and success criteria, • Serve as product owner across multiple internal tools and operational software platforms driving prioritization, adoption, and continuous improvement, • Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions using AI-powered and low-code development tools, owning the build when speed demands it, • Architect solutions with scalability in mind understanding how systems should be structured, integrated, and maintained at scale, • Leverage LLMs and agentic tooling to design and build intelligent, automated workflows that reduce friction across operations, • Write clear technical specifications and handoff documentation that enable the development team to execute with precision and full context, • Coordinate cross-functional adoption of new tools and processes, driving alignment and communication across departments, • Proactively surface bottlenecks and inefficiencies through end-user feedback loops and propose actionable improvements, • Configure, customize, and maintain our TMS and broader operations tech stack BENEFITS & PERKS: • Health / Dental / Vision Insurance Plans, • 401K Plan with Employer Match, • Life Insurance Plan (100% employer paid), • PTO Plan (3 weeks PTO for new employees, grows with tenure), • 6 paid holidays, • Paid Parental Leave, • Free professional coaching through Boon Health, • Baby-feeding support and on-site Lounge through Pumpspotting, • Comprehensive training program, • Commitment to defend employees who have signed predatory non-competes (Learn more here), • Ongoing, in-house professional development, • In-office gym complete with strength and cardio equipment as well as Peloton bikes, • On-site snack machine, • On-site golf simulator QUALIFICATIONS: A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, • Strong working knowledge of LLMs, agentic coding frameworks, and AI-powered development tools, • Technically fluent able to understand how systems are built, integrated, and scaled without necessarily hand-coding every solution, • Strong understanding of APIs, including RESTful design, authentication patterns, and how services communicate across systems, • Proven ability to run discovery conversations and translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable project plans, • Demonstrated project management skills able to define scope, build timelines, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives from kickoff through delivery, • Experience owning products or tools end-to-end, from ideation through delivery, • Comfortable operating across the full stack of a problem business process, tooling, data, and people, • Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms, • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Strong documentation skills able to produce clear technical specs, process guides, and decision records, • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, Monday.com, or similar) ADDITIONAL INFO: • This is NOT a remote position., • A cover letter is required, even if it's brief.
