The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of our residential portfolio, balancing resident satisfaction, owner relations, financial performance, and property upkeep. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to property management. Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations & Retention • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly., • Conduct move-in, move-out, make ready inspections, and annual inspections, including deposit dispositions., • Deliver a world-class resident experience through proactive communication and conflict resolution., • Oversee scheduling of repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance to ensure properties meet habitability and safety standards., • Lead the make ready process for all property turnovers, • Conduct and oversee inspections, leading preventative maintenance programs to minimize costly repairs., • Oversee the full leasing cycle, including advertising, showings, screening, and lease negotiations., • Collect and process rent payments, track delinquencies, and manage collections., • Prepare detailed financial reports on income, expenses, occupancy, and budgets., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including leases, insurance, and maintenance logs., • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including fair housing and landlord-tenant laws., • Base Salary: $100,000–$135,000 DOE, • Total Compensation: $135,000–$180,000 annually (with bonuses), • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Medical Insurance, • 401k (after 1 year), • Company-paid certifications & continuing education support, • Full-time, in-office role (Danville, CA), • This role is evenly split, with 50% of your time spent in the field managing properties and 50% in the office handling financials, communications, and strategy., • Occasional evenings/weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $135,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance
