Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: Senior Systems Operations Analyst Alternate / Related Job Titles: • Senior PMO Operations Analyst, • SAP Program Operations Analyst, • IT Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst • Support weekly, monthly, and phase execution status meetings, • Facilitate leadership meetings using Jira, PowerBI dashboards, and Agile/Lean tools, • Collaborate with team leaders to derive insights from complex, high-volume dataSourcing, Contracting & Financial Support, • Support contract management and invoice verification for 15–20 consulting vendors, • Coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) in alignment with client sourcing tools and processesProgram Dependency Management, • Identify and manage dependencies between Propel and other enterprise IT initiatives, • Proactively analyze and mitigate project “collisions” across schedules and resourcesResource Onboarding & Offboarding, • Support rapid and accurate onboarding/offboarding of employees and consultants, • Ensure accurate reporting, access provisioning, and cost trackingCommunications & Enablement, • Organize and support all-team town halls and new team member orientations, • Develop agendas, curate cross-program content, and present Propel methodology overviewsPMO Leadership Support, • Provide ad hoc support to the PMO Director, including:, • KPI development, • Staffing forecasts, • Risk mitigation planning, • Process improvement initiatives, • Meeting facilitation and executive presentationsRequired SkillsProgram & Organizational Management, • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with competing priorities, • Strong organizational and time-management skills in dynamic environmentsAccuracy & Attention to Detail, • High degree of precision updating and reporting data across systems such as:, • Planisware, Ariba, Jira, MS Project, Excel, and sourcing toolsData Analysis & Reporting, • Independently analyze, reconcile, and report data from multiple sources, • Create reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBICommunication & Presentation, • Strong written and verbal communication skills for large audiences, • Ability to explain variances, trends, risks, and alternatives clearly, • Develop visual representations to support executive decision-makingPreferred / Desired Skills, • Experience in large corporate or enterprise IT program environments, • Financial forecasting support for software services and consulting providers, • SAP or ERP implementation project experience (Waterfall & Agile methodologies), • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, SharePoint, Outlook, and TeamsAdditional Software Knowledge (Desired), • MS Project: Large, resource-loaded project plans, • PowerBI / PowerApps, • SharePoint or similar document management platformsQualifications, • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems, • Working knowledge of financial and accounting conceptsWork Experience, • 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale software programs and/or IT projectsEquipment & Work Environment, • Client-provided laptop required, • Interim virtual desktop solution may be used if delays occur, • Fully configured onsite workstation provided, • Home office setup is the responsibility of the worker/supplier (excluding client laptop)Benefits, • Medical Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement PlanAbout the CompanyA leading natural gas and electric energy company serving millions of customers across the United States.
