Plan in-person events ( F2F Marketing ) to attend and engage with the community. Plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising campaigns and events, including peer-to-peer fundraising and other special events. familiarize yourself with the clients. Ability to build relationships and answer questions to the public regarding the client. Should be able to work within a team and participate in community outreach and engagement. Explaining the client's mission and the positive impact the community may contribute to. Participating in ongoing training & development. Requirements: Physical ability to work on your feet Valid Driver’s license and personal transportation to the office Sales experience is preferred, but not required Execute marketing campaigns Liaise with customers to execute promotional events and campaigns Collaborate with the team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Reach the target audience through territory management Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Execute campaign presentations and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly targets Achieve monthly & weekly targets Benefits Base pay + Commission The ability for base pay raise after 30 days or less Promotion opportunities within 60-90 days Promotions from within.
