Commercial Partner / Introducer Network Lead Freelance | Commission-led | Immediate start We are looking for an experienced commercial operator to build and lead a UK-wide introducer network for WorktoGive. This is not an employed role. It is a genuine opportunity to build something of your own within a growing business, with freedom, responsibility, and upside tied directly to performance. The opportunity WorktoGive is part of the iBuytoGive business and operates alongside the BuytoGive marketplace. BuytoGive is an established platform working with UK SMEs, charities, and partners. WorktoGive has been developed as a dedicated offering focused on CSR visibility and credibility. WorktoGive helps UK SMEs clearly show their social impact and CSR activity in a simple, credible way, without consultants, frameworks, or heavy admin. The product is targeted squarely at the SME market and the timing is strong, with increasing demand from clients, suppliers, and partners for clear evidence of CSR and social value. This is a core commercial role in the business. The role Your role is to build and lead a UK network of introducers for WorktoGive. This includes commercial introducers such as HR consultants, as well as developing and managing our own direct sales introducer team. We currently have over 380 applicants interested in introducing WorktoGive, and your job is to turn this interest into a high-quality, well-run channel. You will be responsible for selecting the right people, onboarding them properly, setting standards, keeping performance high, and building a channel that produces consistent, recurring subscriptions. You will still make some direct introductions yourself where it makes sense, but the primary focus is building and running the channel, not day-to-day selling. This is not cold calling and not hard selling. It is relationship-led, partner-led growth. If you have run a recruitment desk, built a team, managed a portfolio, or grown a channel before, this will feel familiar. You will work directly with the company directors and have the full support of our marketing team. Strong operators who prove they can build and run this channel successfully will become central to the ongoing growth of the business. Immediate start. Earnings £5,000£9,000+ in monthly income over time, income is generated from overides a build up of retianed fees when they become applicable.
