Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Conversational AI Salary: £124,000-£135,000 base + uncapped commission OTE: £240,000-£270,000 Location: London (Remote / Hybrid) Employment: Full Time, Permanent We are building a high-performing enterprise sales team for a fast-scaling Conversational AI platform and are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across key enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to join a proven technology business at a pivotal stage as it moves upmarket from mid-market to enterprise and redefines customer engagement through AI-powered solutions. The Role As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused book of 30–50 enterprise accounts and lead a self-sourced, outbound-driven sales motion. You’ll consult with senior leaders on integrating Agentic AI into their customer success strategies, drive high-value enterprise deals, and influence how global brands deliver customer experiences. This is a strategic, hunter-focused role for ambitious sellers who thrive in high-growth, product-driven environments. Senior Enterprise Account Executive Responsibilities: • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts, • Drive new business through outbound prospecting and strong relationship building, • Articulate the value of AI solutions to both technical and business stakeholders, • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (typically 9–12 months) with multiple stakeholders, • Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term customer value, • Maintain deep product and market knowledge in a rapidly evolving AI landscape, • Achieve a quota of $1.2M (~£1M) with a 3-month non-recoverable draw while ramping, • Contribute to a new enterprise motion within a well-established, well-funded business Senior Enterprise Account Executive Benefits: • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (£240k–£270k OTE), • 3-month non-recoverable draw while ramping, • Remote-first, London-based hybrid working model, • Join a brand-new enterprise team in a business with strong product momentum, • High autonomy and earning potential with accelerators on self-sourced deals, • Opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and influence product direction, • Collaborative, high-performance culture with new AI features launching monthly Senior Enterprise Account Executive Requirements: • We’re looking for a driven enterprise seller who brings:, • 8+ years B2B technology sales experience with 5+ years in enterprise or upper mid-market, • Proven success closing large, complex deals (£500k–£1M+ ACV), • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business, • Experience selling AI, SaaS, or communications technology into enterprise clients, • Structured sales methodology experience (e.g., MEDDPICC), • Strong network, C-level engagement, and negotiation skills, • Hunter mentality – 80%+ of pipeline self-sourced, • Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset suited to a high-growth environment Desirable: • Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, or customer experience technology, • Scale-up or high-growth SaaS background To Be Considered: Please either apply online or email your CV to .
