My client specialises in high end residential within the both the student accommodation and build to Rent sectors. The scheme 784 bed PBSA apartments including amenity spaces and public realm works. As construction manager you will have experience working within apartment high rise projects. Ideally with proven experience of delivering over 20 storeys. Description The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities: To assist in managing the Company's reporting, forecasting, budgeting and project accounting control processes to ensure that the company meets its agreed financial objectives. Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills. Experience in management accounting within the transport & distribution industry is advantageous. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
