Job Description Position: Bookkeeper / Office Manager Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, Onsite M-F (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Position Overview NOW CFO is representing a family-owned recycling and logistics company in Columbus, Ohio, in the search for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager. This organization operates in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and plays a key role in supporting local recycling and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-accountable, and comfortable managing both financial and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Operations • Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and invoices, • Manage accounts payable, including bill payments and loan tracking, • Perform bank and account reconciliations, • Compile and review balance sheet reports, • Support payroll preperation, verification and reporting, • Perform bank and account reconciliations, • Track dumpsters, trucks, and loads, • Schedule and plan truck driver routes and daily logistics, • Handle filing, copying, and general administrative duties, • Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and supply ordering, • Strong Excel skills, • High level of self-accountability and ownership, • Mentally resilient and adaptable, • Detail-oriented, • Experience with Quickbooks Online, • Prior management experience, • Human Resources experience, • Logistics or transportation industry experience, • Business-casual workplace, • Family-owned organization, • Hands-on, collaborative environment #IND2 #ZR
