Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Site Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a small site (up to 2-person team), ensuring smooth delivery of copy/print center services, mailroom operations, and hospitality functions. This role combines production expertise with customer service and facility support, requiring strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and technical proficiency with advanced office equipment. The Site Leader serves as the primary point of contact for customer issues and contract compliance in the absence of a Site Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead daily operations of copy center including printing, binding, and document finishing., • Manage incoming and outgoing mail operations; operate copiers and mail machines., • Oversee hospitality functions including conference room setup (beverages, A/V coordination) and cafeteria stocking., • Develop, implement, and review site procedures; ensure compliance with Excellence standards., • Interact with customers and business units to maintain service quality and contract compliance., • Monitor and report facility-related issues; coordinate minor repairs and office moves., • Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies and stationery., • Provide training on workflow, machine operations, and customer service practices., • Supervise payroll accuracy, time clock punches, and shift profitability., • Ensure quality and deadline standards through effective job scheduling and accountability., • Prepare site reports, month-end management reports, and maintain accurate documentation., • Manage financial results including P&L reconciliation and cost control., • Support staffing and performance management of site personnel; conduct performance reviews and development plans., • Escort vendors, contractors, and visitors as needed; coordinate inspections and problem resolution., • Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., re-lamping, minor repairs) and occasional cleaning duties., • High School Diploma or GED required., • 2+ years of experience in a related field (copy/print, mailroom, hospitality, or office services)., • Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions., • Experience operating advanced office machines and performing complex production jobs., • Proven ability to set goals, prioritize objectives, and lead employees effectively., • Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency., • Ability to stay current on technology and industry trends.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES, • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Strong leadership and training capabilities., • Good PC skills; proficiency with MS Office and email systems., • Ability to interpret and apply complex material, data, and instructions., • Moderate physical effort: walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.WORKING CONDITIONS, • Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature/noise levels., • Requires walking throughout the firm and minor lifting., • Parking will not be reimbursed.
