The Lettings Manager role will involve a balance of office-based and on-site duties, including: Key Responsibilities: Lettings & Marketing: Overseeing property marketing, conducting viewings with prospective tenants,External agents hiring and closing lettings deals. Developing strategies to maximise occupancy rates, minimise void periods, and optimise rental income.
