The project: We're looking for exceptional and experienced P6 Senior Planner to help drive delivery of a major healthcare infrastructure programme, working closely with the client and various stakeholders. Please note: This role will require the successful planner to work on site 2-3 days per week. The hospitals are in King's Lynn and Gorleston, Norfolk. You’ll need to have: Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the healthcare sector. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on .
