You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our portfolio across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, diagnostic, and academic sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in life sciences sales who thrives in a dynamic, start-up environment. You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and play a key role in accelerating our growth. Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our full product range., • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across multiple customer segments., • Host mini-exhibitions and table-tops and visit customers across the UK., • Develop relationships with procurement departments and negotiate e-marketplace access., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, with a focus on high-potential accounts and developing a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network., • Manage customer information, quotations, and pipeline opportunities effectively through the CRM system., • Consistently achieve individual revenue targets while collaborating with the wider sales team to meet overall business goals. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in a life science field (MSc/PhD advantageous)., • 5+ years’ proven experience in sales or business development within life sciences, reagents, IVD, or pharma/biotech industries., • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust., • Strong organizational and time-management abilities., • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven., • Full, clean driving license with flexibility to travel as required., • Professional, credible, and confident in customer-facing interactions.
