Position Summary: Cylynt is seeking to recruit a Senior Product Manager on an initial B2B 12 month contract, with responsibility for managing the entire product life cycle of a portfolio of products, from strategic planning to tactical activities. As a Product Manager, you will guide multiple engineering teams to bring our products to market and grow the company’s product portfolio – including evolving existing product capabilities and developing new products for the company. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager. Experience managing a mix of both SaaS and Enterprise software products is highly desirable. Job Profile: -Responsibility for managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. -Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by visits to customers and partners. -Manage relationships with other teams throughout the organisation that are required to ensure successful product deliveries. -Work closely with engineering managers and engineering teams to fulfil the product backlog using Scrum/ Agile methodologies. -Contribute to a product go-to-market plan, and working with all departments across the business to execute. -Research and analyse technologies in the industry that can be utilized to contribute to the product’s success. -Encourage and promote innovation in the teams working on your products. -Manage strategic partnerships required to support the business. -The role requires occasional business travel, both domestic and international. Experience / Skills: -A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager. -Experience managing SaaS products and technologies is essential. -Experience managing revenue-generating, customer facing products is essential. -Experience managing enterprise software products is desirable. -Experience of feature breakdown and user story writing. -Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Good internal and customer presentation skills. -Excellent organization, time management, and project leadership skills. -Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Candidate profile: -You must possess a blend of business and technical savvy skills; a big-picture vision, and the drive and know how to make that vision a reality. -You must enjoy spending time to understand customer problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. -You must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively to accomplish your objectives in a geographically dispersed working environment. -You will work with multiple engineering teams, both local and remote, to define and develop product release requirements. -You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. -You will also serve as the internal and external product evangelist, working with the sales channel and key customers. -You must be a highly motivated self-starter, versatile team player and a leader who can drive objectives to completion across an organization. -You must demonstrate a commitment to high quality, and a passion for learning new skills. Educational Requirements: -BSc in Computer Science or other equivalent technical/engineering discipline.

What you can expect: • Be the main technical point of contact within 1Password’s Go-To-Market team., • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address Enterprise customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions and support., • Understand our competitors thoroughly for objection handling and talk track development., • Provide technical coaching and professional development to 1Password’s sales team., • Collaborate with Product Management and Support teams on technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alert the sales teams to potential risks of deal closure., • Provide technical education to customers and staff when needed., • Prepare proposals and respond to RFIs, RFPs RFQs, and vendor/risk assessments., • Occasional travel may be required for events., • After 1st month = Gaining an understanding of overall how 1Password's Go-to-Market team works, the tools we use, the processes, 1Password as a product and our security model. You will dive deeper into the tools utilized by Solutions Engineers on a daily basis, how we work with other teams and more., • At 3 months = It is expected by 3 months that you will be up & running solo in customer calls, you will have experienced demo feedback training sessions, shadowed calls and had a reverse shadower on ones of your own. The call types will include technical discoveries, technical consultations, 1Password EPM + XAM demo calls and developer tools demos. You will be completing RFPs/RFIs and starting to get active in the Slack channel that Solutions Engineering monitors., • At 6 months = You will be well-versed in customer calls and will be active within the Slack channel that Solutions Engineering monitors, you will be managing at least one tier 2 product launch related project and will be active in creating, updating and verifying cards in our internal knowledge base (Guru) plus creating short recorded demo videos for customers., • Please note that this job description is subject to modifications and is not an exhaustive list \n We believe in the power of remote work, but we also recognize that some in-person connection with team members and customers is important to help us achieve our mission.
