In this role, you will be part of a team focusing on HCM innovation and NextGen HR Hire to Retire to enable world-class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through HR Transformation, leveraging HR technology to create an impact on business outcomes.More specifically, the responsibilities of this role include the following areas of expertise:Deep understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules and workflowsFamiliarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and its integration pointsUnderstanding of Talent Management and Global HR modulesExperience with cloud-based HR systems and integration toolsKnowledge of data migration and reporting tools like Oracle BI Publisher or OTBIStrong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance, and best practicesCollaboration with stakeholders across the business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goalsDriving continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes through technologyContribute to practice development and pre-sales activities to further develop our service offerings, proposals and go-to-market initiativesLead teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth RequirementsAbout YouWe are looking for a professional with robust consulting background or business and/or corporate experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementations, HR Cloud Advisory and Hire-to-Retire HXM Technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in at least one of the following areas:Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilienceHave experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiencesHave excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travelIn-depth knowledge and ability to design and optimize HR Operating ModelsAbility to conduct HR & HR IT workshops and subsequently create recommendation reports, thought leadership and transformation roadmapsStrong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clientsTo qualify for the role, you must have:Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (minimum 5 years)Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practicesIn-depth understanding of Oracle Recruitment CloudUK Public Sector experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologiesRelevant certifications in HCM platforms (preferred)Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
