About MARBL MARBL is building the first premium marketplace for medical aesthetics — think Treatwell, but curated and built exclusively for trusted aesthetic clinics. About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to help bring more aesthetic clinics onto the MARBL platform. Your focus will be contacting clinics — primarily over the phone, email, and SMS — to introduce MARBL, follow up on booking inquiries, and convert clinics into verified partners. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone confident on the phone, organised in follow-ups, and motivated by clear, daily targets. You’ll be part of a small, early-stage team where things move quickly and priorities shift as we grow. What You’ll Do • Contact at least 40–50 clinics per day via phone, email, and SMS, • Introduce MARBL and explain the benefits of becoming a verified partner, • Follow up with clinics that receive customer booking requests through MARBL, • Keep outreach organised in our CRM (GoHighLevel), • Track daily activity and conversion metrics, • Share feedback from clinics to refine our outreach and messaging What We’re Looking For • Outbound sales experience: You’ve done cold outreach before and are comfortable making calls, • Confident communicator: Clear, warm, and persuasive with business owners, • Organised and self-driven: Can manage outreach volume and follow-ups reliably, • Comfortable in a startup: Adaptable, fast-moving, and okay with figuring things out as we go, • Full-time availability (40 hours per week, UK business hours) Compensation & Structure • Base hourly rate plus commission on each clinic converted, • Full-time role with an initial one-month paid probation period, • Remote work within the UK or similar time zones
