As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure for our clients. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backup and recovery procedures, system upgrades, and patches. Ensure that IT systems and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and perform optimally. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with other technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that systems and infrastructure are integrated and functioning correctly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in IT technical support or related field. In-depth knowledge of hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. Industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, are preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other technical teams and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
