The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing the day-to-day support to ensure efficient operations of the Ovation Lab Administration Department. The Administrative Assistant is required to support the mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives of Ovation Fertility and must demonstrate a commitment to provide quality service to patients, physicians, coworkers, and the public. The schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm and every other/every 3rd weekend 7:00am-10:00am and rotating holidays in our Austin, TX location. How You'll Contribute: • Prepare IVF Lab folders for upcoming IVF, FET, and Donor egg cycles, • Scan to file and print completed IVF, FET, and Donor egg cycles, • File completed IVF folders, • Photocopy forms and packets used in IVF lab, • Order office supplies, • Answer Ovation website inquiries, • Schedule Semen Analysis, IUI, and Sperm Cryo appointments by phone, • Upload results to patient portal and fax results to referring MD office, • High School Diploma, • 1 year of data entry into an EMR system, • Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently, • Exceptional written and verbal communication and attention to detail, • Ability to work as part of a team, • Flexibility and willingness to learn, • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
