Job Description Top Producing Team Needs Showing Agent – Greater Detroit We’re looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team in the Greater Detroit area. This role offers rewarding commissions, direct mentorship, and the hands-on experience you need to build momentum early in your real estate career. As a Showing Agent, you’ll support lead generation, present properties, and guide buyers through their home search while learning from experienced professionals. With structured coaching, weekly training, and one-on-one mentorship, you’ll gain the skills to engage clients confidently, open escrows quickly, and set yourself up for long-term success. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a supportive, high-energy team environment. Candidates must hold an active real estate license or be currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework. Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely, • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion, • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service, • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions, • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales, • Lead follow-up, • Follow the team plan, • Sales Scripts masteryQualifications:, • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease, • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision, • Present yourself in a professional manner, • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car, • Real Estate License Required, • Superb communicationAbout Company As a top-selling team, we operate with a clear set of core values that drive both our culture and our results.
