Position Overview As our Dental Patient Concierge, you will play a central role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction through long-term follow-up care. You will serve as both the welcoming face of the practice and a key operational partner helping maintain a calm, organized, and high-functioning environment. This role combines hospitality, communication, patient advocacy, scheduling coordination, and administrative leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a people-centered environment, enjoys creating order and efficiency, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes pride in helping others feel cared for and supported.
