The National Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of asphalt and concrete parking lots at various locations throughout the United States. This role will oversee the project in the field from inception to close which includes, but is not limited to: pre-construction meetings, project kick-off, daily management of subcontractors, management of resources and timelines, project closeout, punch lists, and invoice approval. This role requires up to 100% traveling. Job DescriptionPosition Overview To plan, direct, budget and coordinate the construction projects typically through the field Superintendent. Organize and provide a master project schedule and any required updates for sequencing of activity on the project site. Prepare and initiate any cost change orders for the Client of Sub-contractors as required during the course of construction. Assist preconstruction team in bid and subcontractor buy-out. Assure progress of the project is within the scheduled allotted time frame agreed to for the project. Direct the close out and assure final project punch list and warranty materials are provided in a timely manner.
