Job Description Job SummaryThe Senior On-Site Service Specialist is responsible for providing operational support across document services, mail management, and customer-facing functions within an office environment. This role ensures efficient handling of high-volume document processing, equipment support, and administrative services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Operate high-volume duplicating, printing, and document imaging equipment, • Perform copying, binding, finishing, and quality control tasks for document production, • Manage document imaging systems and related software to process digital files, • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, fax, and shipping activities, including sorting, distribution, and postage application, • Maintain records, logs, and reports related to production, billing, and inventory, • Support shipping and receiving of materials and supplies, • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment, including clearing jams and reporting issues, • Ensure equipment areas are clean, stocked, and functioning properly, • Respond to and coordinate service requests from customers, • Use office systems such as MS Office and email for file management and communication, • Access and manage document management systems following established protocols, • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries regarding job status and service requests, • Assist with filing, archiving, and document management tasks, • Support building operations including meeting room setup, light maintenance, and office moves, • Deliver completed work to designated locations within or outside the facility, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1–2 years of experience in a related field or similar operational role, • Strong customer service skills, • Basic PC skills and familiarity with office software, • Good organizational and time management skills, • Basic mathematical and filing skills, • Ability to operate office equipment and technical tools, • Experience with copy/print services or document management operations, • Experience in customer-facing or receptionist roles, • Familiarity with mailroom or shipping/receiving processes Education: High School Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
