Who You Are We're looking for a Client Service Representative with: • At least 2 years of customer service experience (vet med a plus), • A flexible schedule & can cover opening through closing shifts & Saturdays, • A friendly, confident way of communicating, • The ability to handle multiple phone lines without panicking, • A fast-paced, go-getter attitude, • Strong writing skills, • Charisma and the ability to build trust quickly, • A curious mind that looks for ways to keep improving, and genuinely wants to grow in this field, • A calm, kind approach on busy days What Youll Do This role is full-time, 3540 hours per week, Monday-Friday, plus 12 Saturdays per month, and occasional weekend cat boarding duties.
