Job Description Sales Director - Building Products - Base Salary to 165k/year - Salt Lake City, UT • Our client, a leader in the building products industry, is experiencing significant growth in a key product line and is seeking a Sales Director to drive continued expansion and market presence., • Design and execute an integrated sales strategy across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and unit-level goals, • Drive revenue growth by uncovering new opportunities, expanding client portfolios, and delivering on sales targets, • Lead, coach, and develop sales organization, including VPs, regional managers, and sales reps, fostering a results-driven culture, • Collaborate with business unit leaders to adapt sales strategies to specific market segments, products, and customer needs, • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients to enhance retention, satisfaction, and upsell potential, • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to go-to-market execution and customer experience, • Continuously monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to keep strategies responsive and competitive, • Define and track key performance metrics such as revenue, pipeline health, conversion rates, and client satisfaction to measure success, • Manage sales budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong returns on sales initiatives, • 10+ years in sales leadership, including 5+ in senior multi-unit roles, • A background in building products, specifically wood products, is required for this role, • Proven success in B2B sales, and understanding of sales cycles, • Candidates can reside in Boise, ID, Denver, CO, or Salt Lake City, UT for full consideration for this position, • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making, • Base salary to 165k/year, plus commission, • Medical/dental/vision insurance, • 401k plan, • Profit Sharing, • Paid Time Off, • Holiday payCompany DescriptionINDUSTRIAL SALES & SERVICE RECRUITMENT.
