Demonstrated success leading teams and improving performance through clear processes and accountability. Strong working knowledge of scheduling workflows, patient flow, and customer service standards in a clinical setting. Comfort with operational metrics, reporting, and basic financial oversight such as budgets, purchasing, and collections. Proficiency with electronic health records, scheduling software, and modern business tools such as spreadsheets and shared documents. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead calmly, set expectations, and resolve issues professionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hormone therapy, medical weight loss programs, aesthetics, injectables support operations, or device based treatments. Familiarity with memberships, packages, and retail operations within a wellness or aesthetics environment. Experience coordinating with third party billing support or internal billing workflows. Knowledge of quality assurance, documentation standards, and staff training programs. Work Schedule and Environment This role is primarily on site and requires a visible presence on the clinic floor.
