The Role As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of our charity campaigns, engaging with members of the public in high-footfall locations across the West Midlands. You’ll learn valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills while working within a supportive and ambitious team environment. Responsibilities * Represent our charity partners through face-to-face sales and marketing. * Engage with members of the public in busy shopping centres, high streets, and event locations. * Build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service. * Work towards individual and team performance goals. * Attend daily coaching sessions and ongoing development workshops. * Occasionally travel across the UK for campaigns, networking events, and business development opportunities. Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for our clients across digital marketing channels. Translate business objectives, customer requirements and marketing priorities into practical campaign activities and promotional initiatives. Research target markets and customer segments to identify opportunities for digital marketing, brand development and business growth. Gather and analyse market and customer information to support recommendations for campaign development and marketing activity. Develop and schedule relevant social media content in line with client objectives, brand guidelines and campaign calendars. Use marketing data and customer insights to recommend improvements to campaigns, content, targeting and channel selection.
