Summary of position & key attributes Our Bar Team is key to the experience and theatre of our business and you will be supporting the bartenders and floor team in a fast pace exciting environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver exceptional standards of service. As part of this you would need to keep and update reports, monitor medication, liaise with mental health and other medical professionals, and outside community resources. We are a small company and work closely as a team, which helps us keep our high standards and high levels of support. Getting to know our service users is essential for their progression.
