present findings to leadership and site team with clear recommendations, • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer complaints, service failures, and supply chain disruptions; own resolution from identification through closure with documented root cause and corrective action, • Escalate issues to the VP of Distribution and cross-functional partners within defined SLAs, providing context, impact assessment, and proposed solutions—not just problems, • Maintain a real-time escalation tracker and ensure no open issue exceeds 24 hours without a status update to affected stakeholders, • Partner with peer RDC Managers and the corporate distribution team to share best practices, align on standard operating procedures, and drive consistency across the network, • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Transportation teams to optimize order flow, resolve fulfillment gaps, and improve the end-to-end customer experience, • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, fishbone analysis) to diagnose operational breakdowns and implement sustainable fixes, • Challenge the status quo: identify inefficiencies in workflows, layouts, and processes, then design, pilot, and scale improvements with measurable ROI, • Evaluate staffing models, shift structures, and labor allocation using data rather than assumptions;
