Position Summary Fusion is seeking a Mid-Level Staff Support and Presidential Support Specialist to support training, roster maintenance, access coordination, and operational readiness activities for senior officials and partner staffs. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative discipline and the ability to support mission-critical executive coordination. Key Responsibilities • Assist with preparation of indoctrination materials, training agendas, briefing slides, and administrative support packages for recurring and ad hoc training events., • Maintain rosters, contact databases, readiness trackers, and briefing status records for supported personnel., • Support facility access submissions, logistics coordination, participant notifications, and event scheduling., • Assist in exercise planning and execution activities, including participant manifests, inject distribution, and after-action support., • Support maintenance of program manuals, SOPs, access lists, and notification documents., • Provide administrative and coordination support during operational events and contingency activities., • May perform additional mission-aligned duties as required to support program objectives. Required Experience & Education • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered., • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, program coordination, readiness support, or national security administration., • Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining rosters, trackers, and controlled information., • Experience supporting senior staff or external stakeholders in a professional environment., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management in a secure setting., • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to interagency coordination, continuity programs, or executive support operations., • Experience supporting training events or managing access actions. Security Clearance Requirements • Candidates must have an active TS to be considered., • Must be able to obtain and maintain SCI access and SAP eligibility/indoctrination as required for assigned duties. Work Conditions & Physical Requirements • Work is primarily performed onsite in secure government facilities in the National Capital Region., • Work schedules may include coverage between 0500 and 2000 Monday through Friday, with evening, weekend, and holiday support as mission requirements dictate., • Short notice travel within and outside the continental United States may be required based on operational needs., • Employees must comply with installation access, badging, operational security, and classified material handling requirements at all times., • May require frequent coordination with multiple partner offices and support during off-normal hours., • This position supports a high-visibility federal mission and is expected to remain fully compliant with customer security, access, and performance requirements., • Applicants should be prepared to provide evidence of active clearance status and relevant experience supporting government or defense organizations.
