Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This role combines inside sales, technical and warranty customer support, data entry, and vendor communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, ensuring every customer and partner receives prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday JOB SUMMARY: An insides sales representative, develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. As the Inside Sales & Customer Service Associate, you are the first point of contact for our customers and partners. Your role blends inside sales, technical and warranty support, order processing, and vendor communications. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience from first contact through post-sale support. Assists the Operations Manager as needed with office and warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answer all incoming company calls in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner., 2. Manage inside sales activities, including cold calling new leads, following up with customers, and supporting inbound sales inquiries., 5. POS transactions, assisting customers with in-house purchasing., 6. Enter Sales into QBE or Excel, 7. Handle the inquiries from existing and new clients and provide details about the products offered by them over the phone AND via e- mails., 8. Preparing weekly sales reports for Operations., 9. Attending meetings of marketing, sales and production., 10. Preserving important and confidential agreements between the company and the customers including Rep Agreements and Sales contracts., 11. Communicate with vendors regarding order status, inventory, and delivery schedules., 12. Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment., 13. Manage delivery expectations & liaise with customers over shipping disputes, warranty issues, and technical support., 14. Assist Operations Manager with Support additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned., 15. Assist Operations Manager with warehouse tasks such as assembly of product, inventory counts and packaging as needed. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Experience in inside sales, including both cold calling and customer follow-up., • Customer service background, ideally with technical or warranty support responsibilities., • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop for order and data entry., • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities., • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team., • Experience in lighting, electrical, or agricultural industries is a plus., • Strong listening and sales skills., • Ability to achieve targets.
