[What are we looking for?] We are seeking an Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. The right candidate should be comfortable working with senior management and leadership team. We are looking for someone: • Professional & People-oriented: Brings a positive, proactive attitude and engages confidently with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a welcoming first point of contact, • Growth & Learning mindset: Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and comfortable using new technologies, including AI tools, in a fast-changing environment, • Solution driven & Problem solver: Naturally focused on outcomes, proactively identifying solutions and workarounds rather than just flagging issues, • Tech-savvy & Detail-oriented: Strong command of administrative tools (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word), with high attention to detail and a focus on efficiency and avoiding rework, • Autonomous & Results-focused: Resourceful, able to work independently, and consistently contributes ideas that add tangible value to the business [Responsibilities] • Team & Office support: Provide daily administrative assistance and act as the go-to contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping office operations running smoothly, • Senior leadership support & Diary management: Deliver high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team, including complex meeting scheduling and calendar management, • Travel & Event coordination: Organise meetings, events, and all travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) to ensure the team is fully supported, • HR & People support: Help with onboarding and offboarding, manage employee benefits, and track time-off requests using the company’s ERP system, • Finance & Reporting: Process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices, and prepare monthly accounting reports while liaising with the external accounting firm, • Projects & Task management: Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, showing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of projects from start to finish [Requirements] • Bachelor’s Degree and/or previous experience in administrative, operational, or office support roles, • Applicants must have the existing right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English as a must (Spanish is a plus), • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)., • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, a strong “can-do” attitude, and genuine enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment while delivering outstanding service to the team, • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, actively seeking opportunities to contribute to the rapid growth of our team, • Willingness and ambition to grow within the role, with the opportunity to develop into Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager responsibilities., • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and actively contributes to the Firm's values and culture, fostering trust and confidence among colleagues [What makes us different] We focus on empowering the human side of our teams and shaping the careers and pathways of the people who work with us.
