Why join? • Rapidly scaling fintech with cutting-edge tech and strong market presence, • Supportive culture with autonomy and input on strategy, • Competitive base + uncapped commission (top performers earning £££), • Real opportunity to grow as the business expands Responsibilities • Grow new business across the retail, hospitality and leisure industries, • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups, • Effective customer management, through developing and maintaining relationships and developing additional leads, • Develop efficient communication techniques to grow business through; networking, email, social media, referrals, events & sector-specific fairs, • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities, • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects, • Researching for new leads, • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers Requirements • A good and demonstrable background in B2B sales, • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone (not essential), • A team player, working for the overall success of the business, • Excellent customer service skills, • Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills, • Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily, • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, • Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, • Proactive attitude, with a drive for success
