Paid Social Account Director (Beauty) London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office) Salary up to £60K We’re looking for a Paid Social Account Director to lead and grow paid social strategy for a portfolio of beauty clients across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, and wellness. You’ll own senior client relationships, define paid social vision, and guide teams to deliver performance-driven, creatively led campaigns that scale brand and revenue. This role is ideal for a senior paid social leader who understands the beauty landscape, platform-native creative, and the balance between brand-building and performance. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Account Ownership • Act as the senior paid social lead and trusted advisor for assigned beauty clients, • Own account health, performance, retention, and commercial growth, • Lead strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and roadmap development, • Partner with client leadership teams on growth, innovation, and channel expansion Paid Social Strategy (Beauty-Focused) • Define paid social strategy across platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, • Develop full-funnel paid social frameworks covering awareness, consideration, and conversion, • Align paid social activity to beauty-specific KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, creative engagement, and brand impact, • Lead testing strategies across creators, formats, messaging, and product storytelling, • Stay ahead of platform trends, creator partnerships, and beauty category innovation Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration • Lead, mentor, and develop Paid Social Managers and Executives, • Set standards for account quality, strategic thinking, and execution excellence, • Work closely with creative, influencer, and content teams to deliver platform-native assets, • Champion best practices in creative testing, learning agendas, and performance storytelling Commercial & Operational Management • Own forecasting, budgeting, and margin management for paid social accounts, • Ensure accurate pacing, reporting, and resource planning, • Support new business pitches and strategic proposals within the beauty category Skills & Experience Required • 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency environment, • Proven experience leading paid social for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands, • Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager; strong experience with TikTok is essential, • Experience managing significant budgets and scaling performance-driven accounts, • Strong client presence with experience presenting to senior stakeholders, • Proven people management and team leadership experience Preferred • Experience working with DTC beauty brands and ecommerce models, • Familiarity with creator-led performance, UGC, and influencer amplification, • Understanding of attribution, incrementality, and measurement in paid social, • Experience with international or multi-market beauty campaigns Hybrid Working • This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week based in our London office, • The remaining time can be worked remotely, with flexibility around launches and campaigns What Success Looks Like • Paid social drives meaningful revenue growth and brand impact for beauty clients, • Clients see you as a strategic partner and category expert, • Creative testing is structured, insightful, and scalable, • Teams feel supported, challenged, and inspired by your leadership Why Join Us • Lead paid social for high-growth and iconic beauty brands, • Strong creative-first and performance-driven culture, • Hybrid working with a central London office, • Clear progression to Performance or Paid Media Director
