Description: Every Child Pediatrics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Fundraising & Development Department as a full-time Executive Assistant & Board Liaison. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Chief Development Officer and contributing to the success of fundraising and marketing efforts. The position's schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, and is primarily based at our administrative offices at 9197 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229, with the option to discuss a flexible hybrid schedule after the first 3 months of employment. Responsibilities Executive Support: • Provide administrative support to the Chief Development Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation., • Act as the primary point of contact between Administrative Leadership and the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up., • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events, including our 30th Anniversary Celebration on November 6, 2026, at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts!, • Assist with newsletters, mailer campaigns, printing needs, and collateral design., • Order and maintain supplies., • Coordinate with vendors to keep projects on time., • Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with donors by providing excellent communication and timely acknowledgment of contributions., • Assist with the implementation of fundraising campaigns through multiple channels and formats (e.g., direct mail, email, social media, phone)., • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment of development efforts with organizational goals. Required: • Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative support role., • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field., • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently., • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings., • Ability to handle a variety of assignments at one time, determine priorities, and complete assignments accurately and on time., • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization., • Advanced Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, and Excel., • Exceptional communication; oral and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Excellent writing and proofreading skills., • Proven ability to handle confidential matters., • Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, development, or marketing., • Previous experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Virtuous, DonorPerfect)., • Knowledge of non-profit development best practices.
