We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position requires an ability to multitask, solve problems and interact with external contacts. A successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of organizational administrative practices. Responsibilities: • Answer the phone in a pleasant, professional manner., • Enter sales orders and service calls., • Create RMA's for returned supplies., • Proficiency in data entry, • Strong background in customer service, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel., • Able to create and work on Excel spreadsheets., • Delivery scheduling/coordinating., • Processing and reviewing paperwork submitted by sales team, • Be able to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Experience with computers and Excel.
