Job Description Outside Sales Territory Manager Superior Equipment & Supply Co. Milwaukee & Southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha & surrounding markets) Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 + Uncapped Commission Monthly Car Allowance Company Phone & Laptop Provided $100K+ Income Potential Superior Equipment & Supply Co. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Territory Manager to grow our presence across restaurants, bars, caterers, and supermarkets throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Income & Compensation We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward strong sales performance and long-term account development. Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 Commission: Uncapped Performance Bonuses & Incentives Realistic Income Potential Year 1 Expected Earnings: $70,000 – $90,000 Year 2+ Top Performer Earnings: $100,000 – $150,000+ Sales professionals who build strong customer relationships and grow their territory can generate significant long-term income. Territory This role covers Southeastern Wisconsin, including: • Milwaukee, • Waukesha, • Racine, • Kenosha, • Surrounding markets You will be responsible for developing new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts. Customers You Will Serve • Restaurants, • Bars & taverns, • Caterers, • Supermarkets & grocery operations, • Foodservice operators and hospitality businesses Your role is to help operators succeed by recommending equipment, supplies, and operational solutions that improve their kitchens and businesses.
