Position Overview: The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development of compelling, compliant, and visually consistent proposals and qualifications packages in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs). This position will coordinate the distribution, execution, and analysis of Whitewater’s various marketing campaigns with a specific focus on design, comms, and channel management. The Marketing & Design Coordinator is an on-site, full-time, benefits-eligible position that reports to the Marketing Manager.
