Job DescriptionASR International Corp. has an opportunity for a Construction Management Representative (CMR) role in a part-time, on-site capacity at Hot Springs National Park, AR supporting a major historic rehabilitation project. This position is a field-based role with approximately 20 hours per week of coverage during active construction periods and is anticipated to span through January 2027, with potential for additional work if option period extensions are exercised. This role assists in overseeing construction activities for the adaptive reuse and preservation of historic bathhouses, ensuring compliance with National Park Service (NPS) contract requirements, historic preservation standards, and quality assurance protocols. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to preserving and revitalizing iconic historic structures in Hot Springs National Park while supporting high-quality, compliant construction outcomes. Some initial remote flexibility may be possible during project ramp-up, to be coordinated with NPS.
