LiveOps Agent

Responsibilities:

Align with store teams to ensure that riders are situated at the correct store as per agreed schedules

Support riders to execute correct app processes so that the business gets the most accurate order-level data

Collaborate with Customer Service to help riders navigate accurately to a customer address, at pace, when needed

Based on the above, capture intel on how best to access that tricky address, so that the next rider for that same address has the intel from the get-go, making for a quicker smoother journey

In times of rider shortage, coordinate with store teams to share riders and/or dispatch orders to the next nearest store

Report on reasons for orders that do not miss SLAs, so as to provide intel for Last Mile and other teams to identify, initiate and execute constant process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

Meticulous attention to detail

Able to think quickly and make solid judgment calls under time pressure

Clear communication style on the phone and in writing in English

Willingness to work night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts

Access to a quiet room to carry out the role remotely, e.g. at home

Ability to learn quickly on the job
