Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries via phone email and CRM systems providing technical advice and product recommendations., • Prepare and follow up on quotations as per our quotation and triage process ensuring accuracy and timely delivery., • Liaise with production and logistics teams to confirm product specifications lead times and availability., • Support the external sales team with technical documentation pricing strategies and customer insights., • Follow up quotations to customers in agreement on the approach with the respective sales person as per our defined quote follow up process., • Maintain and update customer records sales forecasts and pipeline reports., • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and increasing customers spend based on customer needs., • Supporting distributor growth and requirements., • Work with the Internal Sales Team to ensure workloads are maintained. You will be allocated a territory to work within however during busy periods you will be expected to support your colleagues in other territories should they need support., • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner., • Stay up to date with product developments industry trends and competitor activity. Requirements • Degree in Engineering - Mechanical Electrical Chemical or related field., • A minimum 4-5 years experience in technical sales customer support or aftercare., • Understanding of engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical specifications, • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow within a business long-term This incredible business is looking to invest in a great persons career.
