About the role Role Overview: To assist the Operations Manager in the operation of site contracts in line with divisional objectives and offer day-to-day client facilities management support. What you'll do: Review and evaluate existing soft & hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLA’s Provide day-to-day hard & soft services contract management (cleaning, vending, catering, contractor management, etc.) Production of accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, as and when requested Production of helpdesk related reports Communication to client departments of completed and planned works Provide day-to-day FM operational support to the client Client liaison and complaint management Dealing with subcontractor and supplier enquiries Assist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling Operate as a member of the EMCOR team, to lead and support all site-based services Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and communicated to the Team Plan and coordinate team briefings and Toolbox Talks Review staffing levels and labour costs ensuring they remain within the budget Provide monthly operational reports including budget performance Identify cost reduction opportunities Manage/assist in recruitment procedures Assist in the duties/responsibilities of the Operations Manager in any absence Perform any other reasonable duties as required Who you'll be: Technical Certificate or Diploma (advantageous) IOSHH or NEBOSH Qualified (advantageous) Experience of Producing & Reviewing RAMS Experience managing delivery of complex high-value contracts with hard & soft services Experience using Word, Excel, CMMS, and Helpdesk Packages Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills Good communication skills, oral and written Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workloads Reliable, resilient under pressure, with a sense of ownership & accountability Thorough understanding of operational needs and commercial implications EMCOR UK benefits 25 Days holidays + Bank holidays Holiday Buy Scheme - up to 5 days a year Industry-leading Maternity & Paternity Policies Refer a Friend scheme – worth £500 per referral GEMS – Internal recognition scheme with vouchers Extensive Learning & Development opportunities Access to Flex Benefits: Discount Shopping, Gym, Mobile, Family Activities, Insurance, Dining, Car Leasing, Breakdown Cover Bike To Work Scheme Paid volunteering and charity days Medicash - Health cash plan including dental, optical, physiotherapy, and wellbeing Employee Assistance Programme At EMCOR UK, we embrace diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
