Part-Time Billing Coordinator We are seeking a self-directed professional with strong financial experience and an accounting background to fill the role of Part-Time Billing Coordinator for an active membership-based organization. This in-person role is approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Billing • Manage billing within the organization’s membership database in coordination with our external accounting/finance team., • Create new charge types and ensure accurate linkage to the accounting system., • Process checks and deposits, applying payments to member records; weekly review of e-check deposits for accuracy., • Develop familiarity with budget processes, expense accounts, and cost centers., • Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure invoices are coded and processed properly., • Perform day-to-day invoice processing through Bill.com., • Communicate with vendors regarding unpaid invoices., • Produce detailed monthly membership and budget reports., • Strong accounting, billing, or bookkeeping experience, • Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable processes, • Experience with billing platforms and financial systems (Bill.com experience a plus) #ACCT Pay:$24.00 - $27.00
